Returns & Exchanges — Nord du Monde

At Nord du Monde, quality, trust and service come first. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Please read the conditions below carefully.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in the same condition as received.
All labels, tags and seals must be intact and undamaged.
Items showing signs of wear, odour (perfume, smoke) or damage will not be accepted.

Pre-Owned Items

Our collection includes pre-owned pieces, each carefully inspected and described prior to listing.

Pre-owned items may only be returned when:

The item shows no new signs of wear or damage.
All labels and seals remain attached.
The item is in the exact same condition as delivered.

To avoid any misunderstanding, all items are inspected and photographed before dispatch.

Sending Your Return

Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.
Include your order number and full name inside the parcel.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Nord du Monde.

Once your return is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

As our inventory often consists of unique or limited pieces, exchanges are not always possible. Please contact us to discuss what options are available.
