Shipping & Delivery — Nord du Monde

At Nord du Monde, every order is handled with care. All pieces are manually inspected for quality and authenticity before being packed and dispatched.

Shipping within the Netherlands

• Orders placed and paid on business days before 16:00 are dispatched within 24 hours.
• We ship via PostNL with full track & trace. A shipping confirmation including your tracking link is sent automatically once your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €6,95.
• Free shipping on all orders from €250.

Shipping within the European Union

• Nord du Monde delivers to all countries within the European Union.
• Shipping costs outside the Netherlands vary by country and are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Average delivery time within the EU: 2 to 7 business days, depending on destination.

Delays & Damage

• Delays caused by PostNL or international carriers are outside our control.
• If your order is delayed, we recommend checking your track & trace link first.
• In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will contact the carrier to investigate.

Pre-Owned Items

All pre-owned pieces are inspected and photographed before dispatch. This allows us to confirm the condition of every item at the moment of shipment.
